Annual General Meeting (AGM)

This Annual General meeting is for all paid-up members - note that non-members are not allowed to attend.

Please bring your paid-up membership card with you to the meeting to be allowed to attend and to be eligible to vote!

Doors will open at 6:00 PM and your membership will be checked so please come early to get squared away before the meeting starts. 

You will hear about the years activities and have an opportunity to ask specific questions about your Club's operation.

Board Member Elections will follow the meeting.
